Existing systems have been re-developed for instance for Wembley Stadium ticket booths. Working in conjunction with Honeywell and Multiplex a system in stainless steel has been developed in a smaller form in order to become almost an integral part of the screens.

The solution allows the reception personnel to move around even out of sight and still converse both ways with the client. This obviously reassures the client that he is still being attended to while at the same time reduces the need to raise the voice levels in order to be heard. Our audio trays are a flexible piece of equipment that can be manufactured to suit most applications and have options to allow low level fitting as well as normal levels. A recent innovation is to combine a call up system that combines with speech transfer in order to enable a clerk to announce through the system speakers and an additional speaker located in a waiting room.
