Speech transfer systems are designed to enable a customer to converse with a person on the opposite side of any type of screen. Apex talk through systems transfer conversations in as natural a way possible. We offer different systems to suit differerent applications. For example, a bank would not require the same level of volume as a railway station.
We can build our systems to act as a small “call up” or”public address” system combined with transfer of the conversation. We can also add handsets, headphones, etc.
Bluetooth type headset speech transfer is a wireless system that cures all types of “feedback issues” but requires careful attention to detail when specifying.

An AFILS (Audio Frequency Induction Loop System) is designed to work in conjunction with a hearing aid fitted with a 'T' position. They are not designed to, and cannot, replace the hearing aid. We offer a wide range of induction loop options, including intercoms, telephone, mobile loops, tour guides and clipboard site and street applications, Apex can develop bespoke solutions and can carry out site surveys when required.
Trays or Scoops provide a one stop shop solution for shop fitters. They can combine with flush electronic speech transfer and loops if required and are very simple to fit. Some Apex audio trays can be removed while in situ and all scoops are serviceable.
Two new designs will be available shortly. Firstly, a hopper type scoop with speech and loop that can be fitted into a split level counter and is ballistically rated. Secondly, a a circular, turntable cash scoop finished in stainless steel.
